Liz is a 1984 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Liz has worked for many fine restaurants, hotels, country clubs, resorts, and caterers. She also owned a bakery in Hood River, Oregon. Her Culinary pursuits have taken her to New York, New Jersey, Oregon, Washington, Vermont, Florida, St. Thomas U.S.V.I., and Texas.

Lori has 20 years experience working in the fine cuisine business. She has worked as Pastry Chef, Wedding Coordinator, Catering Chef and managed many culinary establishments such as; Horseshoe Bay Club, Barton Creek Country Club, Trois Estate, and University Club.
